Transforming Stress to Success Through Mindfulness

Client Background:
The client is senior executive of a reputed firm who was stressed out because of her job.
She had to work long hours, sometimes at odd times, and felt a lot of performance pressure.
All this stress was impacting her performance and wellbeing, and hence she was seeking help to reduce stress and improve her performance.
Intervention:
With Nitten’s guidance the clients situation turned around.
Nitten taught her mindfulness tools to relax and rejuvenate. He focused on developing more emotional
awareness and recognising the physical signs of strong emotions and regulating them.
He also talked about how she could enhance her leadership by using mindful listening and empathy in conversations with her team.
Result:
Things changed. The client could strengthen her relationship with the team.
The client's stress levels went down, and she was able to get recuperate, which made a big difference.
As a result, she started doing better at work – her performance improved, and she even learned to say no to things that were stressing her out too much.
